App used to work but now does NOTHING - I manually kill apps but they are still there - AVOID!!!

Doesn't kill running apps
Lol you kill stuff and it comes back, not sure who's at fault for that, probably the bloatware and garbage put on cheaper phones like mine.

Update please. Doesn't kill all newer apps.
Auto kill feature does not work. Set for 5 seconds, yet everything is always running when I open. I manually kill, refresh and everything is still running.
